Today started perfectly. Even though I'm saying this while I've only been awake for three hours, it really did start out perfectly. Let's hope it continues being this way.

Today my parents went to France. They won't be home until late July. Now that's not necessarily a fantastic thing, but them leaving in the early morning made me think: why not get up too and shoot some pics? Forecasts were great. It was around 75F this morning and it's supposed to be 85F later today. Sunny blue skies and lovely warm colours this morning made this day until now a perfect day.

I biked around for two hours. Covered 12 miles in total working my way down the riverside and up the riverside again. Birds were flying around, fields were shining in the sunlight. No human beings. Just me, my camera, the sun and the landscapes.

I'm starting to value the small things in life and I'm loving it. Perfect.
